Each year the Hannibal Arts Council highlights works by Hannibal’s 5th and 8th Grade public and parochial schools and Hannibal High School art students. Because of the winter storm, the Hannibal Arts Council is allowing area photographers an additional day to drop off entries for the first open exhibit of 2014, which will begin with a reception on Saturday, February 8.
